The method behind Pilates has been around for decades. Pilates puts emphasis on alignment, breathing and flow of movement to improve flexibility, co-ordination and balance, build core strength and develop control and endurance in the body. Pilates training results in long, lean bodies that are stable and strong to the core.

GROUP REFORMER

Our Group Reformer classes are a 50 minute full body workout that will leave you feeling stronger and energised.
Our smaller class sizes ensure you get the most out of each and every workout and are suitable for all levels.

EQUIPMENT STUDIO

Our studio equipment classes offer personalised programming. With 4 clients per instructor your individualised workouts on all equipment; Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Reformer and Ladder Barrel will build strength and promote health & wellness.

Our Studio Equipment Classes are suitable for all levels and for Pre and Post Natal Clients.
